While no website is 100% secure, we do our best to keep your information safe.
If a data breach ever occurs, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by Zimbabwean law.

We keep your information only as long as needed:
- If you have an active account, we keep your data while your account is active and for 12 months after you close it
- Transaction records (e-receipts) are kept for 5 years for legal purposes
- Technical logs like IP addresses are kept for 6 months
After these periods, your information is securely deleted.
